    A) No customs fornm required if you ship one CD and mark the bubble pack "Photos Do Not Bend" It will go regular letter mail!

    B) Some Americans won't travel outside the US either

In the UK even the smallest post offices have customs forms and usually I grab several off of the counter staff because if I fill them out before presenting, that saves them time. (I've even done them with splitting headaches on cos there is little to complete).
If they may be a few days delay before say you take several packages to the post office cos you're a bit of distance away or whatever just communicate that to the buyer and yes on the 'bay spell out your terms in your listings so no one in their right mind can say "But I didn't see that".
If I see nothing about sales outside of the States then I shoot you a PM on the bay to enquire if you would

I live in the UK and I've bought loads of discs from the US (it seems to be where the best ones are!) and have never had a problem with standard shipping - costs about $6, and takes about 5 - 8 working days. I've also sent a lot of discs outside Europe, which invloves filling in the little customes slip, but doesn't cost me extra.

Am I getting this right - do you guys in the US have to pay for the customs slip?

No, nobody here is having to pay for customs forms., etc. It just seems that a lot of people don't want to deal with the big hassle, lol.

As has been mentioned, just grab several of the different type forms, there are two for the US (one for 4 lbs. and under, and one for over four lbs, or a certain dollar amount, I believe), grab all the USPS flat rate packages you need (envelopes or boxes, and yes, they're also free), grab some labels as well (still free), fill everything out ahead of time, and you're good to go.

Same problem I had when buying my SCD-1. I had to get another SH Forums member to buy it for me and ship it to me.

Ok, let's put the IRS puppy to bed. eBay in both Canada and the USA can monitor your eBay accounts. In order for them to take any interest at all you have to receive $750-$1000 per month for 3 months straight. Then they "may" come calling for a personal audit.
